Position Overview
The Revenue Ops Analyst will be responsible for building SalesForce.com and HubSpot reports and dashboards to generate insights on sales performance data that drive reporting for Sales Operations and Marketing (lead) metrics. This individual will be responsible for building reports for closed business, win/loss analysis, pipeline management, and other sales outputs as the primary focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com report types and expert-level proficiency on advanced report building in SalesForce.com (bucketing, joined reports, report formulas)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
