Digital Sales Manager leads the commercial operation of Inside Sales in Real Estate Credit, Vehicle Financing, and Credit Retention, ensuring delivery of results with a focus on customer, commercial efficiency, and process evolution.
Requirements
- Solid experience with the management of commercial teams, preferably in Inside Sales operations.
- Leadership experience in leading leaders (management of coordinators/supervisors).
- High analytical capacity and data-driven orientation for sales funnel management, KPIs, and capacity planning.
- CRM tool expertise (Salesforce is a differential) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong commercial vision, with a history of delivering results and aggressive targets.
- Sense of ownership, execution capacity, and excellent communication and influence skills.
