What’s the opportunity? 🤔
We are relocating Product Marketing from the US to be colocated with the Product org in Dublin and London, and are therefore rebuilding our Product Marketing function from scratch. We’re hiring multiple ambitious Product Marketing Managers to join our Product org.
Intercom is leading the creation of a next generation solution for the customer support category. This huge category has been relatively dormant for the last decade, but is ripe for transformational change due to advancements in Messaging, Automation, and AI technology.
Our product has been leading this transformation, and is now maturing to a point where we believe we can win the category, by continuing to innovate and mature the product, but also take our story to market in a way that inspires and educates businesses about a new and better way to support customers and create great customer experiences.
Working cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing and Sales teams, you’ll bring to market a completely new era of Product Marketing and take us back to the vanguard of next generation B2B product marketing. Your role will be critical in ensuring our product marketing excels, so that we can match our product cadence of over 100 releases a year.
What will I be doing? 🚀

Own and drive the Product Marketing strategy for your Product Group, including:

- How we execute bigger launches that are compelling and easy to understand for our customers.
- Influence product strategy by being embedded in the Product org, bringing in sales feedback, customer and market insights, the competitive landscape. Debate with product partners on how we use these insights to prioritise and build our product roadmap.
- Influence GTM strategy by working with Marketing, Sales and Growth leaders, as well as the Exec team.
