InterDent Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to join its finance team. The role involves providing analytical support, developing and maintaining financial dashboards, and identifying opportunities to automate reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or data analytics, preferably in healthcare, dental, or multi-site organizations.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA a plus).
- Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of healthcare finance and KPIs.
- Communication & Presentation: Ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity
