Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, with at least1-year related retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology
