Intrepid Asia is a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider in South East Asia. The company is looking for a Regional Lead, Brand Marketing Strategy to join its team. The role will involve developing strong, differentiated brand marketing strategies for assigned key accounts, translating business strategy into end-to-end full-funnel marketing plans, and providing clear strategic direction to creative and performance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in full-funnel performance marketing
  • Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta)
  • Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus
