The role will involve developing strong, differentiated brand marketing strategies for assigned key accounts, translating business strategy into end-to-end full-funnel marketing plans, and providing clear strategic direction to creative and performance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
- 8+ years of experience in full-funnel performance marketing
- Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing
- Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta)
- Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus
