Vice President, Product Marketing and Management

Introhive is seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing and Management to lead the combined Product Management and Product Marketing function. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product leadership in SaaS or enterprise software and a track record of moving key metrics and translating them into growth and revenue.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product leadership in SaaS or enterprise software
• Direct experience leading both Product Management and Product Marketing, or running them in close partnership
• Ability to build and lead a function, hiring, structuring, coaching, and operating teams that produce excellent commercial outcomes
• Fluency in data-driven decision making, product-market fit diagnostics, competitive dynamics, pricing and packaging, and AI product strategy
• Exceptional executive communication skills
