As a Quality Data Analyst at Intuitive, you will use technical expertise to turn data into insightful information, working closely with various business teams to collect, clarify, and translate business data requirements into data solutions, reports, and analytics. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of concurrent and legacy systems, extensive knowledge of BI tools, and hands-on experience of using a variety of BI tools for dashboards. You will be responsible for developing and delivering data solutions to support RAQA business stakeholders, conducting deep dives analysis into data sets, designing actionable and insightful dashboards, and staying informed about business process changes for dashboard updates and enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business intelligence, data mining, and reporting
- Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Salesforce, TrackWise, Veeva
- Extensive hands-on experiences in analytics, strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ability to efficiently extract data from multiple sources and utilize BI tool for visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience in generating dashboards under shared computing environments such as EDW/Snowflake
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and processes in compliance with global regulatory standards
- Awareness of AI/ML concepts and their applications in data analysis
- Highly motivated self-starter, strong organizational and project management skills with experience in cross functional collaboration
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail
