Finance and Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Finance and Sales Operations Manager partners closely with the Commercial organization to deliver data-driven insights and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic planning, driving performance tracking, and ensuring disciplined execution of business priorities.

What You Will Do

Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to Commercial leadership, providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Develop executive-level materials and present recommendations to executive leadership. Communicate business issues through cross-functional collaboration, using data to validate assumptions and challenge anecdotal perspectives.

This role requires strong collaboration with Commercial executives and cross-functional partners across controllership, customer finance, and APAC regional teams. The manager oversees key finance activities such as monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and pricing strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant work experience; including 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience on strategic planning / P&L management and Sales Operations
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinker, and ability to master our business model
• Dedicated in developing, coaching, and training a team
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity. Proactively look into areas that generates insights
• Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances and seek solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin & English
• Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to consistently discern strategic insights from data analysis
• Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Advanced Excel skills are required. Business analytics skills (e.g. Tableau, SQL) a strong plus
