If you enjoy communicating with clients and advising them on the benefits of consistently implementing marketing activities, this may be the job for you. As the Customer Marketing Specialist, you will support new biller marketing activities. We work with each of our new Clients (billers) to promote online billing and payment services to their customers (bill payers). You’ll introduce Clients to ideas and materials that inspire their payers to realize the benefits of paying online; faster, easier and more convenient bill payment and management. This role includes a combination of outbound phone calls, Teams presentations and clear concise written communications.
You are a “people person”, this position is highly customer centric. Exceptional listening and communication skills are a must as well as the ability to follow through. You will be responsible for communicating marketing strategy and campaign plans, following up on client marketing activities, gathering client feedback, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure client engagement and promotion of EBPP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connect with new clients ready for marketing.
- Based on tiering structure, contact new clients and work with them to promote EBPP to their customers.
- Conduct zoom training on online payment adoption best practices.
- Creating content that helps support billers with online payment messaging to their customers.
- Drive client behavior to promote online billing and payment adoption by payers.
- Maintain a knowledge of InvoiceCloud services (pay anywhere, anytime – online, mobile, POS, bank sites) with the ability to articulate value proposition and product advantages.
- Create marketing material specifically for VIP billers – upon request.
- Ensure that client marketing activities are entered in various systems, like Salesforce.
- Liaison with external vendors that house our marketing assets, QR codes, design vendors, and more.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing/marketing communications (e-payments/SaaS a plus)
- Knowledge of Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Practical experience communicating with customers
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce
