Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / CA/ICWA, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in IT/ITES/SaaS or fintech preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
