INVST is a dynamic financial services organization with multiple business units focused on insurance sales, financial advisory services, marketing, and 401(k) sales. We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to join our leadership team and drive our next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
As our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead both our Invst4Business coaching and consulting division while overseeing all revenue-generating functions across our organization. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives in a multifaceted role and excels at both business development and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across all business units
- Partner with senior leadership to set organizational goals and rocks
- Lead the Invst4Business coaching and consulting division
- Build and activate high-ROI events, workshops, and educational webinars
- Conduct business valuations and coordinate ongoing business coaching for clients
Team Development
- Attract, train, and retain high-performing team members
- Ensure each team member meets objectives and maintains a sustainable pipeline
- Initially wear multiple hats while strategically building your team
Growth & Innovation
- Build a pipeline of new business initiatives to maximize growth
- Create repeatable, scalable processes for Invst4Business and other units
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal and external systems
- Align all revenue-generating departments and build strategic partnerships
- Execute projects that drive company expansion and client acquisition
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
- Business ownership experience with a proven track record of revenue growth
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically
- Strong leadership capabilities and team-building skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience in financial services industry preferred but not required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000 to start
