INW Phoenix Formulations is seeking a Customer Account Manager to develop strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and manage multiple accounts with $1M+ in sales revenue. The ideal candidate is a positive, professional, and detail-oriented individual with experience in sales and customer service.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Project Management, or relevant field
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Proficiency in CRM Software, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Accuracy with arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals
