Requirements
- Have deep product knowledge and disease field knowledge
- Achieve/ exceed regional targets
- Execute market manager-specified market strategies
- Understand key HCPs in the region and responsible areas
- Update customer data
- Coordinate local ‘in-house meetings’
- Keep HCP information up-to-date, visit according to plan
- Build and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understand client (medical) needs
- Meet and maintain company requirements for visit rate, knowledge, ability, behavior, and personal image
- Report visit situations in ETMS system daily
- Provide accurate reports, and contact direct supervisor according to specified process
- Provide information to direct supervisor about BMS promotional material effectiveness
- Develop and improve professional knowledge through training, meetings, and self-study of medical literature
- Share knowledge and experience with team members
- Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensure their integrity
