The Role
- Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy, driving ARR growth across North America, Europe, and key international markets.
- Build and lead high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success teams aligned to aggressive growth targets.
- Develop new enterprise relationships across banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions.
- Leverage an existing book of relationships to accelerate market penetration and revenue generation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align client feedback, market insights, and roadmap priorities.
- Shape strategic partnerships with consultancies, integrators, and data providers.
- Drive operational excellence through forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
About You
- 7–9+ years’ experience in senior commercial leadership within fintech, regtech, or data analytics SaaS.
- Proven success leading GTM and revenue strategy for Series A–B or high-growth SaaS businesses.
- Deep relationships across banking and the buyside (asset managers, hedge funds, and private markets).
- Strong understanding of AML, fraud, or risk/compliance technology — or a proven ability to sell into regulated financial institutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to scale processes and teams globally.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a passion for innovation and measurable outcomes.
- Based in New York or London, with flexibility to travel internationally.
