As the Director of Product Marketing at IP Fabric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our Automated Network Assurance Data Platform. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead a small team responsible for driving product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement activities to accelerate growth and drive market adoption. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Product Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market and the outcomes that we help our clients achieve. Be the expert about value drivers, use cases, and personas.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales/ Channel Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success to ensure they have the source materials needed for alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Identify target market segments, define key value propositions, and contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation within our target segments through direct sales and channel partners. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Sales Enablement: Enable the sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our products. Develop sales collateral, presentations, end-user tools, and competitive battle cards. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure sales teams are equipped to articulate the value proposition and overcome objections.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging strategies. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Content Strategy and Creation: Oversee the development of content assets including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars to support demand generation and thought leadership initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management to provide input into product roadmap prioritization based on market feedback and competitive analysis. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Establish regular reporting cadence to track progress against goals and identify areas for optimization.


  • 10 years of experience in product marketing roles in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for software products in networking, infrastructure, security, cloud or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with an enabling direct and indirect go-to-market (channel and MSPs).
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
