Position Overview

To strengthen our team in the areas of sales, customer service and operations, we are looking for an engaged, service-oriented personality with organizational talent and strong communication skills.

With your structured and reliable working style, you will contribute significantly to strengthening our customer relationships and ensuring smooth processes – and thus make an important contribution to our collective success.

Responsibilities

  • Independent processing of customer inquiries and orders as well as support with the entire order processing
  • Administrative support of the field service and close cooperation in daily business
  • Maintenance and management of customer data in the CRM system to ensure an up-to-date and high-quality database
  • Creation of quotations and support in the preparation of sales materials
  • Coordination with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and optimal product availability with our trading partners
  • Preparation and creation of presentations, reports and sales-relevant documents
  • Active communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Processing of complaints and returns in close coordination with the responsible departments
  • Participation in the optimization of internal processes and continuous improvement of service quality in sales operations
  • Maintenance, management and quality assurance of article, customer and supplier master data in close coordination with procurement, sales and other departments
  • Support in the further development and optimization of internal master data processes to ensure a uniform database in the ERP system

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • First professional experience in sales operations – ideally in a trade-related or customer-oriented environment
  • Pronounced organizational talent as well as a structured, independent and careful working style
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork and high service awareness
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for fragrance, design, interior or lifestyle – you understand what moves our target audience
  • Very good German language skills in speech and writing, English language skills are advantageous
