About the Role

To strengthen our team in sales, customer service and operations, we are looking for a dedicated, service-oriented person with organizational talent and strong communication skills.

With your structured and reliable working methods, you contribute significantly to strengthening our customer relationships and ensuring smooth processes – thereby making an important contribution to our collective success.

Responsibilities

  • Independent handling of customer inquiries and orders as well as support for the entire order processing
  • Administrative support for field sales and close collaboration in day-to-day operations
  • Maintenance and management of customer data in the CRM system to ensure current and high-quality data
  • Creation of offers and support in developing sales materials
  • Coordination with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimal goods availability for our trading partners
  • Preparation and creation of presentations, reports and sales-relevant documents
  • Active communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Processing of complaints and returns in close coordination with the responsible departments
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and continuous improvement of service quality in sales operations
  • Maintenance, management and quality assurance of article, customer and supplier master data in close coordination with procurement, sales and other departments
  • Support in the further development and optimization of internal master data processes to ensure uniform data in the ERP system

Required Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in sales operations – ideally in a trade-related or customer-oriented environment
  • Pronounced organizational talent as well as structured, independent and careful working methods
  • Communication skills, teamwork and a high level of service awareness
  • Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for fragrance, design, interior or lifestyle – you understand what drives our target audience
  • Very good German language skills in written and spoken form, English language skills are advantageous
