Role Overview
Sales Operations Analysts support internal Sales Teams, Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management. This role requires proactive, detail-focused professionals with exceptional communication skills.

Manage Salesforce opportunities, assist in preparing templates, coordinate Professional Services Automation platform, and perform cross-functional team coordination.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service
- Finance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background is preferred
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) is preferred
- SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge is a benefit
