Requirements
- Drive Team Performance and Accountability: Lead, motivate, and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets across new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
- Coach and Develop Modern Selling Talent: Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing training to the team, helping to develop their skills in digital engagement, solution-selling, and effective sales tactics to foster professional growth.
- Foster Cross-Functional Strategy and Compliance: Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales Support teams to align sales strategies, streamline processes, support lead generation, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
