The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing, optimizing, and leading innovative digital media strategies to drive resident acquisition and retention across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Support campaign optimization, budget management, and digital strategy.
  • Implement and analyze all acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, connected TV (CTV), local search engine optimization (SEO), and internet listing services (ILS).
  • Manage digital marketing budget variances across partners and channels.
  • Act as the subject matter expert with the email marketing program.
  • Coordinate the development, auditing, and maintenance of all digital content.
  • Maintain measurement integrity by designing and implementing standardized tracking mechanisms.
  • Synthesize campaign and customer data to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and track progress towards financial and engagement goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure execution and cohesive customer experience.
