The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing, optimizing, and leading innovative digital media strategies to drive resident acquisition and retention across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Support campaign optimization, budget management, and digital strategy.
- Implement and analyze all acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, connected TV (CTV), local search engine optimization (SEO), and internet listing services (ILS).
- Manage digital marketing budget variances across partners and channels.
- Act as the subject matter expert with the email marketing program.
- Coordinate the development, auditing, and maintenance of all digital content.
- Maintain measurement integrity by designing and implementing standardized tracking mechanisms.
- Synthesize campaign and customer data to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and track progress towards financial and engagement goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure execution and cohesive customer experience.
