We’re seeking a Director of People Operations to oversee our People Operations team, systems, processes, and data that support our 300+ employees. The role involves creating a seamless employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment
- Deep experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR)
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into a simple story
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and multi-state employment law
- Ability to manage and mentor a People Ops team
