ISSA is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team of relationship-builders. The role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them to the right ISSA program, and driving toward individual and team performance goals.
Requirements
- 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to sustain high activity levels (120–200+ dials per day)
- Experience in short-cycle or one-call closes (same day to 7 days)
- Comfort working shift-based schedules in a fully remote setup
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and empathy
- Track record of hitting or exceeding individual sales targets
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
