How you will make an impact:

Create efficiencies in how the Marketing team goes to market, and improve effectiveness in our Sales team by providing meaningful data and processes to support them. Collaboration is the key to driving impact in this role. We’re looking for someone to partner with marketing, sales, and operational leaders to improve how we operationally go-to-market. This person will report to the Sr.Director of Marketing Operations

Position Details:

  • Helping sales teams prioritize their time by managing lead/account scoring models
  • Architect, build, and maintain web to CRM lead flow process
  • Create clean data so marketing can target and measure the results of marketing activities more effectively
  • Manage lead and account funnel frameworks in partnership with marketing and sales leaders
  • Vendor and agency management
  • Understand and maintain our current marketing technology stack
  • Evaluate new tools and software based on our evolving demand generation needs
  • Work with demand generation to execute B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Compile weekly reports on our marketing effectiveness and present to executive management
  • Establish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 4+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience managing 6sense to improve marketing and sales results
  • Experience as an administrator of Marketo
  • Vendor and agency management experience
  • Skilled in establishing and implementing process focused on global email, data, and web compliance regulations
  • B2B experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to evaluate data and generate meaningful reports
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for marketing technology, data, process and problem solving
  • Team player who can work independently and take ownership of the role

For candidates in Tier 1 cities, the base salary range for this position is $144,000 to $216,000.

For candidates in Tier 2 cities, the base salary range for this position is $127,000 to $190,000.

For candidates in Tier 3 cities, the base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $175,000.

Within the range, individual pay is determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. While we use our full salary ranges, we only consider offering a salary near the top of the range in situations where the candidate far exceeds the experience level and skills required for the role.
Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
