Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to join our team in Australia (Melbourne/Adelaide/Brisbane). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate booking, tracking order status, shipment, and resolving customer-related issues.

  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel with Pivot tables, Word)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including clients
  • Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process customer purchase orders and manage all related matters from beginning to end
  • Liaise with internal departments or teams to ensure timely shipments
  • Proactively inform customers on shipment status and exceptions
  • Handle customer inquiries about their orders, stock availability, and other matters
  • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure data in internal systems is up to date
  • Tackle ad-hoc matters and provide support for various administrative tasks
  • Send weekly order reports to customers
  • Handle clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating complex issues to appropriate staff

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or operational roles.
