Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Events Manager to represent our IV Nutrition Clinic in the community. The Events Manager will assist in planning, setting up, and executing weekly pop-up events to increase brand awareness and drive new client interest.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute weekly pop-up events, set up and manage event booths/materials, engage with the public and explain services, distribute promotional materials, generate and capture leads, coordinate with local venues/partners, track event performance and feedback, and maintain inventory of event supplies.

Requirements

  • Current college student or entry-level medical assistant welcome
  • Some prior experience with pop-up, community, or promotional events
  • Background or interest in health, wellness, or healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging and approaching people in public settings
  • Organized and able to manage event setup independently
