Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed, and results-driven Sales Lead to support store leadership in driving sales and team support. You will create meaningful connections while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

What You Will Do

Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, assist in training and developing team members, and help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment
  • Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships
  • Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team
  • Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
