Join our team as a Hardware Sales Operations Specialist and play a key part in managing the end-to-end quote-to-cash process and maintenance sales activities related to third-party hardware, software, and services. As a remote position, candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Springfield, MO or Monett, MO.
Requirements
- Manage third-party hardware and software maintenance and service sales of moderate complexity, addressing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and review service configurations, quotes, and proposals; manage client contracts, including electronic signature engagements.
- Proactively handle customer renewals, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales and PAC teams to generate detailed third-party product quotes and supports the development of sales proposals and contracts.
- Oversee daily operations, including pre-sales and pre-order activities, and engage with operational teams to ensure accurate contract and order information.
- Coordinate customer orders, ensuring compliance with agreements and facilitating timely shipping, delivery, and revenue recognition.
- Respond to complex customer inquiries, handle return, credit, and refund requests, and work with various departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date databases, documentation, and tools, and drive efficiencies in both internal and external customer interactions by continuously seeking process improvements
