Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Factoring or Asset-Based Lending (ABL) industry
- Ability to confidently discuss complex topics like Advance Rates, Discount Fees, recourse vs. non-recourse, participation, inter-creditor agreements, and UCC filings
- Comfortable navigating complex software ecosystems and integrations
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a long-cycle, high-value B2B sales environment without waiting for inbound leads
- Up to 60% travel required for this role
