 What you’ll do.

As a specialist in Field and Account Based Marketing, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing, and work in tandem with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute field marketing events and other Account Based Marketing campaigns.

As the field marketer and ABM specialist, you will execute strategic campaigns to align with each target audience, identify and engage prospective clients, accelerate the sales cycle and improve client retention. You will further measure these marketing programs, ensuring an effective hand-off of leads to the sales teams and high rates of conversion to opportunities.

You will also be responsible for managing Jackrabbit’s presence at approximately 30 trade shows across North America, as well as in-person and virtual industry events throughout the year. You will be a key relationship builder and optimize field campaigns to drive results.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end direct marketing campaigns (events and digital).
  • Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities, and deepen our existing Customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and protocols for conducting field and ABM events, and create playbooks.
  • Oversee the logistics and budget for each event/campaign including detailed timelines, project deadlines, promotion, and pre-and post-event communications (internal and external).
  • Stay up-to-date on each market’s events calendar, competitor events, and trends, and update the stakeholders regularly.
  • Drive strategic engagement cross-functionally to elevate the Enterprise marketing messaging, solution-selling approach, and vertical-based marketing.
  • Team with client engagement and demand generation teams to develop integrated demand programs, mapping themes and content to enterprise segments.
  • Partner with the Sales Managers to develop account-focused plans including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, nurture, channel activities, and live/online events with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating conversations leading to closed sales.
  • Collaborate and partner with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, and creative development to ensure effectiveness.
  • Work with Brand and Product Marketing teams to identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts.

  • You have outstanding time management and project management skills, as well as a natural ability for reporting and budgeting.

 In addition, you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of lead generation and enterprise sales marketing experience with 2-3 years working in the B2B or SaaS technology industry.
  • 3+ years of event hosting or management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-impact marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in using SugarCRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms for campaign tracking, performance reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong work ethic, project management, and organization skills with an eye for detail and the ability to bring an idea to life with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate and advocate ideas as well as execute and be hands-on.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and tone.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to travel up to 40% of the time and host and support events.
