The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry, team management, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience in team management
• Leadership skills, charisma, and ability to initiate change
• Advanced skills in diagnosing training needs and possessing practical skills in developing skills in daily work
• Knowledge of market specifics
• Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Planning and analysis skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of computer and MS Office
• Good knowledge of English
