Jane Technologies is an eCommerce company in the cannabis industry experiencing rapid growth, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to grow cannabis brands’ presence on our platform.
Requirements
- Develop deep knowledge of each partner’s brand story, goals, and media strategy
- Analyze campaign performance data to craft actionable growth plans and recommendations
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with brand partners
- Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, surface insights, and scale personalized partner communication
- Implement creative ways to improve our brand relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote the Jane suite of products
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support, and collateral
- Own a revenue quota, driving upsell and renewal growth across your brand portfolio
