About the role

Jasper is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build the technology and reporting infrastructure that enables Jasper’s marketing strategy.  You’ll make platform decisions, help the head of marketing and other team members access data to enable smarter marketing, and assist in marketing analysis, planning and strategy.

Our systems today include Active Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, Looker, and Chill Piper but, on your recommendation, could expand or migrate to others. The marketing operations manager will be embedded with the marketing team and a key partner of the head of marketing, but report into Jasper’s Head of Revenue Operations and have peers for sales and success in a central RevOps team.

The role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote within the United States. We have offices in Austin, TX and Salt Lake City, UT with employees based across the US. We’ve built a strong foundation to support remote employees engagement with other teams. We have a mix of experience levels and backgrounds, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing, mentoring and career growth.

What you will do at Jasper:

  • Create a central dashboard of key marketing data, bringing systems together to report on the full funnel, including channel and campaign performance and attribution.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop KPI definitions, calculation methods, reporting on targets vs. actuals to target audience.
  • Manage the marketing software budget, vet and lead software purchases, migrations and team adoption.
  • Co-lead quarterly and annual planning with the head of marketing to create a core operating model for the team.
  • Coordinate with the SalesOps and CustomerOps leads to provide an integrated view of performance across the company.
  • Advise on opportunities and points of friction within the acquisition model and opportunities for greater efficiency within the marketing spend.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing systems and running monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Experience implementing new software and syncing data across platforms into a central, close-to-real-time reporting view.
  • Experience building reliable growth models for teams, whether it’s on marketing, sales or customer success.
  • Nice to have but not required is experience working with both paid and freemium models.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range at offer for this role is $138,000- $160,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies and certifications.
