Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and providing reliable day-to-day HR guidance. The role requires a proactive ownership-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct HR experience
• Experience working across multiple EMEA countries and employment models
• Solid understanding of full lifecycle HR practices and compliance
• Familiarity with standard recruitment processes, including interviewing
• Strong attention to detail and ownership-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• Interest in automation and process optimisation
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams
