- Management of trading performance for specific accounts
- Day-to-day involvement in managing relationships with Partners
- Training and support for Partners in the use of trading platforms and processes
- Oversight and initial escalation point for resolution of trading performance and issues
- Negotiation of sales terms with structured limits and within policy guidelines
- Adherence to and advocacy of established business and commercial policies
- Implementation of the business trading strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coherently explain processes and expectations
- Self-starting and adaptable with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages
- Ability to interpret data at a detailed level
