Requirements

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Develop and maintain service level agreements for HR service delivery
- Act as a key HR data custodian
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends
- Support employee relations initiatives
- Champion HR technology adoption, automation, and process improvements
- Lead and mentor a team of people operations specialists
