✅ About You:
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations in B2B SaaS, ideally in a high-growth environment ($5M–$50M revenue).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales forecasting, data hygiene, and revenue analytics. Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven track record in designing and refining sales and CS workflows for better efficiency and alignment across teams.
- Experience implementing MEDDPICCC or similar frameworks to ensure pipeline accuracy and smooth sales-to-CS handoffs.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally with sales, CS, and leadership to drive company goals and operational success.
- Expertise in sales forecasts, churn analysis, and strategic planning to optimize revenue outcomes.
- Strong ability to present complex data insights clearly to executive leadership, supporting data-driven decisions.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep a check on process workflows to ensure smooth BD, Sales, CS performances and improved efficiency.
- Oversee CRM data accuracy and enforce MEDDPICCC sales methodology adoption across teams.
- Create and maintain sales forecasting models and ensure pipeline visibility to drive better revenue predictions.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track metrics like pipeline health, churn, and customer success, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Define and monitor essential metrics to guide business decisions and optimize operations.
- Work closely with sales to ensure effective execution of MEDDPICCC, improving qualification and deal outcomes.
- Partner with CS teams to develop real-time customer health dashboards and enhance proactive engagement.
- Provide the BD team with tools and data to optimize lead management and prospect engagement.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
