Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager for American Building Supply, you will own a Northern California territory and be directly responsible for growing revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. You’ll spend 3–4 days per week in the field meeting with customers, uncovering new opportunities, conducting product training, and positioning ABS as the go-to partner for door and hardware solutions.
What You Will Do
Conduct bi-weekly visits with key accounts, provide training on the Talon online ordering system and ABS product lines, submit weekly call reports, manage customer credits, follow up on quotes, and build a loyal customer base.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years of sales experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and follow-through
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays
- Ability to drive for extended periods
