Requirements

3–5+ years of experience recruiting in marketing, advertising, or startup environments.
Skilled in proactive sourcing and poaching, not just inbound applications.

Experience conducting research to build technical assessments
Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable managing multiple open roles.
A self starter who can build and troubleshoot systems
Can work on PST (timezone) with at least 4 hours overlap between
Exceptional communicator who can represent Jetfuel’s brand with charisma and precision.
Deep understanding of marketing roles (media buyers, strategists, designers, analysts).
