We are looking for a Growth Designer (Motion & Creative) to produce high-quality creative across paid and growth channels, and to bring ideas to life through strong design, typography, and motion.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in design, motion, or performance creative
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual composition
- Experience creating motion-based content (After Effects or similar)
- Strong portfolio showing high-quality digital and/or advertising work
- Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing visual quality
- Experience working with creative briefs, hooks, and concepts
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools to support design and content creation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
