Jetson is looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead their inside sales team. The role involves managing a team, driving performance, and implementing process improvements to hit targets in a high-volume B2C environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing a B2C inside sales team with demonstrated success hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven experience in a high-volume, short sales cycle environment (same-day or 1–3 day close preferred).
- Strong coaching instincts and tech-forward mindset.
- Data-driven approach to management and excellent communication skills.
- Experience hiring and developing sales talent and background in building or refining sales playbooks and scripts.
