Role Overview
The National Sales Manager is a field-based commercial role responsible for building and leading a team of key account managers. The team will be accountable for creating demand for the Cell Therapy service, driving referrals from inside the treating centers and from other NHS Haematology referral Centers.

Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team, own national sales targets, drive sales force effectiveness, lead cross-functional collaboration, leverage data and analytics, deliver launch excellence and market growth.
