JLL is seeking a skilled Control Room Operator (CRO) to join our Facilities Operations Center team, providing 24/7 monitoring and support for building systems and technology infrastructure across our commercial real estate portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities operations, building systems, or network operations
- Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC
- Experience with monitoring tools and building management platforms
- Familiarity with access control systems, fire safety systems, and security equipment
- Knowledge of Windows and basic network troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems and facility management software
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit for extended periods, use computer equipment, and maintain focus during overnight shifts
