JLL is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join the Investment Sales Advisory Team within JLL Capital Markets as an Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic real estate solutions to clients, conducting market research, and assisting in financial analysis.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends for commercial real estate transactions
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies.
- Understand and review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.)
- Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions utilizing market and JLL data / comps to correctly underwrite a transaction.
- Prepare pitch decks (“BOVs”), investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.
- Aggregate and share critical market information and public policies impacting new development opportunities.
- Maintain key land and development databases tracking potential opportunities, deals on market, and comparable sales.
- Maintain detailed permit and fee analysis for major Colorado cities/counties.
- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive client presentations, investment proposals, client packages and develop and recommend financing alternatives.
- Assist in the due diligence, marketing and closing processes for each transaction.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market conditions to provide up-to-date insights and recommendations.
- Perform CRM, database management and other work supporting the production team.
