Marketing, Brand & Partnerships Manager

The Marketing, Brand & Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Centre’s marketing strategy while driving revenue growth through specialty mall leasing, third line revenue, brand partnerships, and commercial activations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in retail marketing, shopping centre marketing, or commercial property marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in specialty or casual mall leasing income generation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • Experience delivering high-impact events and brand activations.
  • Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive revenue-focused outcomes.
