JLL is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for both Tetris DxB (Design and Build) and Project and Development Services in Cape Town, South Africa. The role involves building strategic relationships with commercial real estate brokers, landlords, and developers, and identifying new business opportunities across design, construction, and project development capabilities.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of business development experience in commercial real estate, construction, or professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios
- Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities
- Experience developing and presenting compelling business proposals
- Contract negotiation skills
- CRM software proficiency
- Deep understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics
- Knowledge of design-build processes and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with project management principles and timelines
- Understanding of landlord-tenant relationships and brokerage operations
- Established network within commercial real estate brokers, landlords, or developers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborative approach with internal teams
