GTM Recruiter (hybrid, contract to hire)

Employer.com is a talent acquisition services provider looking for a GTM Recruiter to build a go-to-market function for an AI start-up client. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, 3+ years of marketing-primary experience, and startup/zero-to-one experience with high autonomy.

Requirements

• 6+ years full-cycle recruiting
• 3+ years marketing-primary experience, recent (within last 3 years)
• Startup / zero-to-one experience, high autonomy
• Bay Area based, commutable to Redwood City Mon/Wed/Fri
• Anthropic AI preferred tool familiarity
