Employer.com is seeking a technical/GTM sourcer for a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time. This role focuses on sourcing talent for S/Tech companies, covering Sales, Customer Success, and Support roles. The sourcer will source profiles, qualify targets, and support early-stage or high-growth environments.
Requirements
- Prior RPO or embedded recruiting experience ideal
- Experience sourcing SaaS / tech companies
- Comfortable sourcing go-to-market and tech roles
- Experience supporting early-stage or high-growth environments
- Experience sourcing for both technical and GTM roles
- Experience working for a tech start-up
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing roles
- Strong understanding of various sourcing tools
- Familiarity with AI technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
