The Team
The Revenue Operations team sits strategically at the unification of people, process, technology, and data. They work to drive a buyer centric go-to-market strategy and enable the ability for Jobber to engage with the right person, at the right time, in the right way.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (PostSale), the Senior Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with go-to-market leadership to drive strategic projects that support our aggressive growth, and improve customer satisfaction and adoption of Jobber. This role is on our PostSale team and will be supporting our onboarding, account management / expansion, and support teams while also assisting our fintech teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the RevOps org as a senior subject matter expert and participate in the development of junior staff.
- Specifically drive mission critical initiatives across both go-to-market strategy and technical transformation.
- Own the operations of our go-to-market function. Work with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Success to drive effective processes that help us convert prospects at every stage of the funnel.
- Facilitate and drive strategic planning along with go-to-market leadership and Finance for high level initiatives such as Organizational Structure, Sales tactics, Segmentation, and new experiments.
- Work collaboratively inside and outside the team. Act as a liaison between the go-to-market craft functions to align with them on top priorities. Work closely with technical teams to drive system and process change.
- Establish the source of truth for go-to-market metrics. Create, maintain and communicate the key metrics that impact the business and help set targets to push the team forward.
- Analyze trends and performance in an effort to identify greater efficiencies and better understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Understanding the technological needs of the go-to-market teams, and enacting tooling changes as needed – from sourcing through to implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive combined experience in a RevOps or go-to-market craft operations role.
- AI Evangelist; a forward looking, curious mind towards how to leverage AI to improve GTM.
- PostSale background; direct experience working in a postsale function (i.e. onboarding, customer success, expansion, support).
- Strong understanding of SMB B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, processes, pipelines, and technology.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce & HubSpot and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Mode Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into understandable information that supports effective decision making.
- Experience with digital transformation of rev technology tooling.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. We’re growing fast and things are changing every day.
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and establish new processes while streamlining existing ones.
- Champion of Jobber’s culture and core values – humble, supportive, and give a sh*t.
Nice to Have
- Proficient in SQL database language
- Certification in Salesforce or HubSpot
Compensation
This role has a minimum annual salary of $121,000, a midpoint of $142,200, and a maximum salary of $163,600. Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
Work Location
You will have the choice to work in either our Edmonton or Toronto offices or remotely anywhere within Canada.
