About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (PostSale), the Senior Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with go-to-market leadership to drive strategic projects that support aggressive growth, improve customer satisfaction and adoption of Jobber. You will help create the vision, structure, and processes required to scale the department and help Jobber become the market leader in the Home and Commercial Services industry. This role is on the PostSale team and will support onboarding, account management/expansion, and support teams while also assisting fintech teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the RevOps organization as a senior subject matter expert and participate in the development of junior staff
  • Drive mission critical initiatives across go-to-market strategy and technical transformation
  • Own the operations of go-to-market function and work with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Success to drive effective processes
  • Facilitate and drive strategic planning along with go-to-market leadership and Finance for high level initiatives such as Organizational Structure, Sales tactics, Segmentation, and new experiments
  • Work collaboratively inside and outside the team, acting as a liaison between go-to-market craft functions and technical teams
  • Establish the source of truth for go-to-market metrics, create, maintain and communicate key metrics that impact the business
  • Analyze trends and performance to identify efficiencies and understand process bottlenecks throughout the entire sales lifecycle
  • Understand technological needs of go-to-market teams and enact tooling changes from sourcing through implementation

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive combined experience in a RevOps or go-to-market craft operations role
  • AI Evangelist with forward looking, curious mind towards leveraging AI to improve GTM
  • PostSale background with direct experience in onboarding, customer success, expansion, or support
  • Strong understanding of SMB B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, processes, pipelines, and technology
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot with experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Mode Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to synthesize data into understandable information
  • Experience with digital transformation of revenue technology tooling
  • Comfort in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while establishing new processes and streamlining existing ones

Nice to Have

  • Proficient in SQL database language
  • Certification in Salesforce or HubSpot

Compensation and Benefits

This role has a minimum annual salary of $121,000, a midpoint of $142,200, and a maximum salary of $163,600. Compensation includes equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind. Work Location

Choice to work in Edmonton or Toronto offices or remotely anywhere within Canada.
